Description

Kalamansi, also called calamondin, are a cross between mandarins and kumquats and are primarily native to the Philippines. The exotic, fresh, sweet and sour flavours of the fruits go well with both savoury and sweet dishes.

The fruity vinegar can be used for many dishes, including:

  • marinades and sauces for poultry, fish and seafood
  • exciting aperitifs with sparkling wine or prosecco
  • exotic cocktail decor
  • lemonades: just use still or mineral water, ice cubes and possibly a little mint
