Berghofer Mühle Organic Whole Grain Spelt Chocolate Cake Mix

Bake delicious and aromatic chocolate cake quickly and easily with this baking mix. Perfect for surprise guests or if you're craving some cake. Furthermore, you can also prepare a vegan version of this cake.

In addition to the baking mix, you will need the following fresh ingredients:
4 eggs, 200 ml cream

Preparation:

• Whip 4 eggs for at least 5 minutes until fluffy
• Stir in the baking mix and cream alternately, a little at a time
• Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking tin
• Preheat the oven (convection, 160 °C)
• Bake for 30-45 minutes
• Let it cool on a wire rack and enjoy!

To prepare the vegan version of this cake, you will need the following ingredients:

• Mix 3 level tbsp soy flour with 12 tbsp water to make soy cream
• Stir in the baking mix and 250 ml soy cream alternately, a little at a time
• Continue to bake as above
