This mountain cheese adds savoury flavour with lots of herbal, bitter notes to your meals! Gourmets will recognize fresh hay and subtle peanut and passion fruit notes. The finely grated cheese melts quickly and is suitable for flavourful pasta, tarte flambée and other hearty cheese dishes.
