Wonderful!
These taste and feel just like potato chips, only they are organic, high in protein and very low fat for crisps! They taste very nice! Brilliant!
They are also high in fibre at 14g fibre per 100g. This together with the high protein (20g per 100g) makes me hope that this should hopefully be lower on the glycemic index scale than low fibre, low protein alternatives.
