Black currants are naturally slightly acidic and add a fruity, tart note to any desserts.
Tip:
- Put the berries in a little water and sweeten them with whole cane sugar. They are ideal for making desserts, yoghurt, muesli, fruit salads, milkshakes as well as cakes and pies.
