Spirulina is a saltwater alga that contains blue plant pigment and a high chlorophyll content. The remarkable blue-green colour comes from a blue plant pigment. In addition, spirulina needs a lot of sunlight and carbon dioxide to grow well.

Recommended use:

• Mix a teaspoon (approx. 2 x 2 g) twice a day with water, fruit or vegetable juice or rice milk, before, between or with meals.
