Davert Organic Thai Lentil Coconut Soup

This soup takes you to on a trip to white sandy beaches and turquoise water with its Thai touch. The lentil coconut soup is made without palm oil, flavouring additives or yeast extract, so you can enjoy every spoonful without hesitation.

Additional fresh ingredients:
1 small zucchini (approx. 100g)

Preparation:

1. Briefly sauté the contents of the bag in 1 tablespoon of hot oil in a pan or wok.
2. Add 1 litre of hot water and bring to a boil.
3. Cover and turn the heat down to medium.
4. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add the chopped zucchini and cook for another 5 minutes.
