The precious tea displays a vibrant jade-green colour in the bowl and delivers a wonderfully balanced combination of mild, fresh, and subtly crisp notes. Traditional preparation in a matcha bowl (chawan) celebrates authentic purity:
- Add 1g of the powder to the bowl.
