- The red deer used for the venison live in enclosures in Groß St. Florian and Voitsberg (Styria, Austria). The meat has a crumbly structure and has a characteristically flavourful taste.
- The pork used for the sausages comes exclusively from certified companies. "Steirerglück" pigs must be born, raised, slaughtered and processed in Styria / Austria.
- Processing takes place in our meat shop in Eibiswald, Austria.
