Description
If you're looking to add a boost of flavour to your meals the Organic Chickpea Miso by Genusskoarl is just what you need. Mix a small amount of this miso with a little warm water or in a warm broth and add to ragouts, sauces, stir-fries, soups and marinades. Fermentation lends the typical nutty taste of chickpeas a particularly refined note and adds a smooth texture. Miso has a paste-like consistency and mixes easily into other dishes.
Note: The recipe is vegan and all ingredients are from Austria such as organic chickpeas from Gänserndorf, Lower Austria and non-iodised salt from the Salzkammergut region.
