Fermented from single variety wines, Styrian apples or pears Gölles vinegars are matured for at least three years in oak barrels. Indispensable for fine dining in classic style.

Grüner Veltliner is the parade-grape of Austria and a valuable rarity among the wines of the world. Like the wines of great wineries this Veltliner vinegar is fruity, elegant and has a touch of fresh acidity. Ideal for seasoning sauces and stews such as tartar sauce, hollandaise, mayonnaise or Beuschel sauces.

The Cook idea:
"classic" potato salad
Marinate potato slices in Veltliner vinegar, vegetable oil, mustard, and salt and pepper. Mix with red onions and corn salad and sprinkle with chives.
