Description

Like a wine from a renowned winegrower, this vinegar shows what it is made of: fruitiness, elegance and fresh acidity. Ideal for flavouring sauces and ragouts including tartar sauce, hollandaise sauce, mayonnaise and Beuschel.
Cooking idea:
"Classic" potato salad
Toss lukewarm potato slices in a dressing made of white wine vinegar, vegetable oil, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir in some red onions and lamb's lettuce and garnish with chopped chives.
