Description

The protein-rich chunks from Govinda are ideal as meat and fish alternatives. In a very simple way, they bring pep into your kitchen and can, for example, be processed into delicious vegan fish dishes with a few leaves of algae. The neutral taste and the meat- and fish-like consistency go well with many dishes. Ideal for frying and cooking.

Preparation:

  • Soak the chunks in cold water with a pinch of salt for 30 minutes.
  • For the shorter version, boil it in your dish for about 10 minutes or pour hot water over it and let it steep for 35 minutes.

Preparation tip:

  • Soak the chunks in cold water for 30 minutes together with 2-3 algae leaves.
  • Then drain everything and add to your favourite dish with or without seaweed leaves and the juice of half a lemon.
