The Arc combines an iconic, streamlined design with a surprisingly generous cooking chamber measuring 37.7 x 46.2 x 17.3 cm. Its innovative burner creates a side-rolling flame that distributes heat beautifully evenly, much like a traditional wood-fired oven. The result: restaurant-quality pizzas up to 35.6 cm in diameter, with less need for constant turning.

Despite its professional performance, the oven remains compact and easy to handle, with outer dimensions of 48 x 56.4 x 34.2 cm and a weight of 21.5 kg.

Care instructions:

• Once cooled, the exterior can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a sponge or non-abrasive cloth, or with a non-caustic, bleach-free cleaning spray, then wiped dry.
• At temperatures above 350 degrees Celsius, food residues inside the oven burn away by themselves.
• The flue vent can also be removed for cleaning.
