Despite its substantial build and 73 kg weight, the oven is carefully designed with outer dimensions of 94.6 x 69.7 x 99.7 cm and is delivered fully assembled.

Care instructions:

• Once cooled, the exterior can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a sponge or non-abrasive cloth, or with a non-caustic, bleach-free cleaning spray, then wiped dry.
• At temperatures above 350 degrees Celsius, food residues and burnt-on marks inside the oven burn away by themselves after 3 hours.
• If soot and residue remain, allow the oven to cool completely before removing them gently with a soft brush and light pressure.
• Then use a vacuum cleaner with a plastic attachment to remove the residue from the oven.
