For the Kobe Beef Cream, Hink combines tender pieces of meat braised in their own juice, carefully cut and processed into a tasty cream. Shallots, capers and mustard add a spicy touch to this unique spread. Gerhard Zadrobilek managed the first Austrian Wagyu breeding farm: the Kobe beer has a wonderful structure, is deep dark red and has the most marbled meat of all cattle breeds.
