Description
Breast milk provides your baby with all the nutrients, vitamins and minerals needed for healthy development. That is why experts at the WHO recommend breastfeeding for at least six months. However, if you decide - after consulting a doctor, midwife or lactation specialist - not to breastfeed or to partially breastfeed your baby, HiPP Organic Infant Formula Based on Cow's Milk Combiotik® 1 is a suitable source of nutrition for your baby from birth onwards.
Organic Combiotik® 1 Infant Formula contains vitamins, lactic acid cultures and nutrients such as omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, carbohydrates from lactose and mild organic starch. The starch ensures a particularly creamy consistency and keeps your baby feeling full and satisfied.
Note on switching to Combiotik® 1 Infant Formula: If you have previously breastfed or used a different infant formula, your baby's stool may be softer than usual during the transition phase because of the galactooligosaccharides (GOS) in the Combiotik® formula.
Mixing ratio & amounts: Follow the manufacturer's recommendation in the table below for the mixing ratio of water and powder. Bear in mind, however, that the number of bottle feeds per day is only a guideline and you can adjust it to your baby's needs. As with breastfeeding, you can feed Combiotik® Infant Formula 1 on demand as required.
Always use the measuring scoop enclosed in the package to measure out the powder. One measuring scoop = approx. 4.4 g HiPP Organic Combiotik® Infant Formula 1 per 30 ml water.
