HiPP Organic Infant Formula Based on Cow's Milk HA Combiotik® PRE HA Ready to Drink

HiPP Organic Infant Formula Based on Cow's Milk HA Combiotik® PRE HA is specially developed for babies with a family history of allergies. The low-allergen protein in the formula is broken down into particularly small components. The ready-to-drink formula comes in a BPA-free bottle with a screw cap and can be offered to babies starting at birth as a supplement or alternative to breast milk. The formula also contains the following important components:

• DHA - as required by law in infant formula. DHA is an omega-3 fatty acid.
• Valuable fibre GOS (galacto-oligosaccharides) obtained from lactose
• LCP (Omega-3 and -6)
• Metafolin®

Important Information:

• Breast milk is the best food for your baby. The WHO recommends breastfeeding babies for the first six months of life. If you decide not to breastfeed or partially breastfeed your baby, please discuss this with the hospital, paediatrician, midwife or lactation consultant.
• HA Combiotik® PRE HA infant formula can be given to your baby from birth onwards as the sole source of nutrition or to supplement breast milk (in case of partial breastfeeding).
• As with breastfeeding, you can feed HA Combiotik® PRE HA on demand.
• This infant formula is not suitable if your baby has been diagnosed with an allergy to cow's milk protein or is suspected of being allergic to it.

Dosage: This BPA-free bottle with screw cap contains 100 ml of pre-mixed, ready to drink HA Combiotik® PRE HA infant formula. The amount of formula recommended per day in the table here is a guideline only and can vary from baby to baby depending on their needs.

Preparation:

1. Before opening the bottle, check that the cap and seal are undamaged. Then shake the bottle well before opening the seal.
2. Pour the required amount of formula according to the table into a clean and sterilised baby bottle. Warm up in a water bath.
   Do not heat the formula in a microwave as there is a risk of scalding!
3. Check the temperature and make sure it is at a comfortable drinking temperature (approx. 37 °C = lukewarm) before you feed your baby.
4. Dispose of any leftovers that have already been warmed up and do not reuse. Once opened, the original bottle with unheated contents can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours at 4 to 6°C.
