Description
German packaging: Bio Hochland Blütenpollen
- Bees collect this pollen from selected highland beekeepers in Spain and Hungary. The beekeeping is subject to strict ecological guidelines. The pollen gets its typical flavour from the great variety of plants growing in these pristine landscapes.
- Among other things, bee pollen is a valuable source of vegetable protein and important amino acids. Even the ancient Vikings are said to have taken honeycomb with them on their voyages. As a supplement to a healthy lifestyle, pollen and honey still make a valuable contribution to our well-being today.
Recommended use:
- Eat 1 heaping teaspoon of the nutty, sweet pollen daily, preferably in the morning. Either let it melt in your mouth or chew it thoroughly. Alternatively, you can drink the pollen in fruit juice or milk or enjoy it as a topping for muesli, yoghurt, fruit bowls, etc.
Storage:
- After opening, store in the refrigerator. Store tightly closed and dry.
