The pasture-raised turkeys at the Hütter family farm are fed with corn and grain grown on their own land, resulting in particularly tender meat.

For each person, you can calculate 0.5 kg to 0.75 kg of meat. Cooking time: cook for 1 hour per kilogram at medium temperature.

Organs - stomach, gizzard, liver and heart - are included separately.

The chicks are raised at 36°C and are let out into the pasture when they develop their feathers. This breed of turkey is medium-weight and ideal for pasture-raising. The healthy, slow-grown turkeys provide meat of excellent quality.
