Description
Poke Sauce by ITA-SAN combines classic soy sauce, aromatic sesame oil and refreshing lemon juice in a balanced seasoning sauce. Wakame powder and yeast extract add extra savoury depth without overpowering the other ingredients in the dish.
Use it as a dressing for fresh poke bowls with rice, salmon, tofu or crisp vegetables. It also works well with other rice bowls and colourful salads.
Highlights at a glance:
- Balanced seasoning: A combination of soy sauce, sesame oil and a touch of lemon juice.
- Deep savoury flavour: Finished with wakame powder for a distinctly Asian-style character.
- Ideal for bowls: Specially suited to poke bowls and other rice-based dishes.
- Easy to use: The practical bottle makes it easy to drizzle and portion at the table.
