The Audace is a spicy tomato sauce made from high-quality fresh and natural ingredients. It does not contain tomato paste, sugar, added colours or preservatives. Instead, it is carefully handmade with fresh ingredients to preserve their authentic taste and freshness.
It combines the taste of ripe tomatoes with the irresistible aroma of finely chopped red chillies simmered in extra virgin olive oil with parsley and fresh garlic - a fine tribute to the original Roman recipe!
