Jaga's Steirerei Kaiserteil - Pork Ham Cuts

Emperor part of the Southeast Styrian Woazschwein - raised at the court of the Fam. Neuhold (JAGA's Steirerei).

The Woaz pigs at the farm are fed GM-free and slaughtered stress-free. For these reasons, their meat is especially tender and tasty.

The sliced meat is great for raclette - it comes from pork loin and is ideal for a roast.
