Description
The head is the neck of the pig. This part is strong with fat and therefore very tasty and juicy. The spiced pork chops are ideal as a steak for grilling or roasting.
The Schopfkoteletts comes from the Southeast Styrian Woazschwein - raised at the farm of the Fam. Neuhold (JAGA's Steirerei).
The Woaz pigs at the farm are fed GM-free and slaughtered stress-free. For these reasons, their meat is especially tender and tasty.
