These paddles are an absolute must for making your own butter!
The two beechwood paddle allow you to easily shape your butter into the size you need. Deep grooves on the paddles allow the buttermilk to easily run off. The less buttermilk found in your butter, the longer the butter lasts.
Tip:
- The paddles are also ideal for shaping homemade gnocchi!
- You can also use the paddles to display your fresh butter.
