KoRo Organic Date Sugar

KoRo's date sugar is made from Deglet Nour dates and adds a special touch to your baked goods. The subtle sweet taste of date sugar has notes of light honey and caramel and can be used for cooking and baking.

Date sugar is made from whole ground dates and provides a whopping 11g of fibre per 100g of sugar.

Please note: Unfortunately, date sugar is not suitable for sweetening coffee or tea because it is not water-soluble. This property makes it great for baking, though!
