We mainly grow our parsley in central and southern Europe - but it is used in many international cuisines. In order to preserve the precious flavor, parsley should be added only at the end of the cooking time.
The fresh, pleasantly spicy and slightly peppery taste goes well with soups, sauces, meat, vegetable and fish dishes.
