Marcato Atlas 150 Pasta Machine, Powder Blue

The Atlas 150 pasta machine by Marcato is available in various colours so you can choose the one that fits your kitchen best. It can be used to make 3 different types of pasta:

• lasagna sheets (0.6 mm to 4.8 mm)
• fettuccine (6 mm)
• tagliolini (1.5 mm).

Note: Additional attachments can be ordered separately for making other types of pasta (e.g. spaghetti or linguine).

The pasta machine includes a clamp to hold it securely to the workbench or table while you operate it. Just pass the pasta dough between the rollers with the practical hand crank - a quick and easy way to roll out your homemade pasta! The machine is made with the highest quality materials. The rollers are made of anodised aluminium alloy which ensures that no metal residues remain on the pasta.

The pasta machine in chrome is made entirely out of chrome steel while the variously coloured pasta machines are made of anodised aluminium.

Best of all, the slightly roughened surface of the pasta thus rolled out holds sauces better for more flavour.
