A noticeably sturdy and slightly spicy raw milk cheese made from untreated milk. Matured for nine weeks in golden wax, this cheese is a true treat. What makes the Konixberger Aschengold especially tasty is its thin and delicate inlay of purified beechwood ashes, which divides the whole cheese in 2 halves.
