The Karl Otto Spice Blend is based on delicious organic "Karl Johan" mushrooms, also known as porcini mushrooms. The blend includes garlic, dried parsley and cornflower blossoms. The exquisite blend is perfect for rice dishes and gives sauces a nice nutty flavour.

Use: use 2 tablespoons of the blend per 100g of risotto rice.
