Musso Nettle Risotto

Carnaroli rice is preferred by many chefs when it comes to making risotto. When cooked, it becomes creamy but does not lose its firmness. This hearty mixture was seasoned with nettles and dried vegetable broth (made without glutamate) and is perfect for any time you need a quick meal. Simply add a little olive oil or butter, salt and wine. Enjoy!
