Ölmühle Solling Lavender Vinegar

This freshly harvested lavender from Provence, is macerated in a mild white wine vinegar, bringing the typical and pure natural lavender bouquet to this extraordinary herbal vinegar. In conjunction with a tasty oil (eg grapeseed oil or walnut oil), it adds a special touch to salads, sauces and hot dishes. Especially good for seasoning game, fish and Mediterranean salads.
