Azienda Agricola Mancini was established more than 60 years ago when Mariano Mancini started processing the grains he cultivated on his farm with the first threshing machines pulled by modern tractors. Over the years, the farm has grown from the original 20 hectares to the current 70. In 2001, Mariano's grandson, Massimo Mancini, began to make pasta from the durum wheat he cultivated on his farm in collaboration with an expert pasta maker. Thus Mancini pasta was born. A pasta of the highest quality, produced exclusively with durum wheat grown on the farm according to strict rules aimed at reducing environmental impact. The pasta is made according to traditional methods entirely on the farm and you can taste the superior quality in every bite.
