A blend of sugars and fruit pieces for a quick caribbean cocktail!
Let the mixture brew in 50 cl white rum for 48 hours. Then strain and serve.
The Cocktail professional tip:
Serve the cocktail as "façon planteur", with fruit juices or as "Ti'Punch" with a 1/4 lime. You can also add the mixture to 2 to 3 liters of fruit juice (pineapple juice, cranberry juice, banana juice) and serve in an elegant glass as a long drink.
