Quai Sud Christmas Biscuit Set

The set contains:

• 85 g cane sugar with cinnamon and oranges
• Pen for decorating
• 3 cookie cutters

You need:

• 220g flour
• 100g butter
• 1 egg

Preparation:

• Stir the flour, the sugar and the pieces of butter.
• Add the eggs and stir again. Form a ball.
• Wrap in plastic and refrigerate 1 hour
• Preheat the oven at 170°C
• Roll out the dough on a surface covered in flour and cut out the shapes
• Place the cookies on a baking tray covered in baking paper
• Bake for about 12 minutes
• Let the biscuits cool and decorate them
• Makes about 30 small cookies
