Description

This mix is made using the finest ingredients from Austria, from certified organic cultivation.

Baking instructions for yeast:

  • Pour the baking mixture in a large bowl, add 9g of dry yeast or ½ cube of fresh yeast (21g) and approx. 320ml lukewarm water and knead.
  • Brush a clean bowl with oil and let the dough rest in it at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Knead the dough again, then cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes, then bake.
  • Preheat your electric over to approx. 220 ° C, convection ovens should be preheated to 200 ° C.
  • Bake on the middle shelf for approx. 34 - 45min. After 20min, reduce the temperature by 20 ° C.

Baking instructions for cream of tartar: Pour the baking mix in a large bowl and add 1 pkg of cream of tartar and approx. 320 ml of lukewarm water. Brush a bread pan with oil, add the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 45 minutes.

Baking with a bread machine : add 320ml of water to the baking container, add the baking mix and add 9g of dry yeast or ½ a cube of fresh yeast (21g). Bake according to your bread machine's instructions or on the "normal" cycle with a "dark" bake colour.
