Description
The organic spaghetti made from maize flour is gluten-free and therefore a great alternative to durum wheat semolina pasta. The maize is sourced from controlled organic cultivation.
This gluten-free spaghetti can be cooked and used just like conventional wheat-based spaghetti. They are particularly delicious when served with sauces based on oil or butter and of course with simple tomato sauces and in spaghetti aglio-olio-peperoncino (spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli).
Recommended cooking time: 7 - 9 min
