The Schalk Mühle is a small family business with a long tradition. For generations, the company has valued strengthening regional, sustainable production and preserving traditional production methods. We process regional raw materials use minimal transportation routes.
In our traditional oil factory, a roasting pan is heated over a wood fire, not fossil fuels. Our oil pressers have years of experience that guarantee that through the roasting and the pressing of the pumpkin seeds, a top quality oil is produced.
