Description
Make deliciously crispy tempura at home with the Crispy Tempura Batter Mix by Sempio. The mix contains no preservatives or colourings and ensures perfect results, both for fried vegetables and fish!
Preparation:
- Mix 60 g tempura batter mix with 100 ml water to make a smooth batter.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Chop about 200 g vegetables into thin strips or chunks.
- Dip the pieces in the batter.
- Fry the batter-dipped vegetables in hot oil until the batter is golden brown.
