Paldauer Chopped Porcini Mushrooms

These dried porcini mushrooms are a natural product and have a favorite food in Europe for hundreds of years.

• The dried mushrooms come in a resealable can. Porcini mushrooms contain natural minerals and fiber making them very suitable for vegan diets.

Preparation:

• Allow the dried mushrooms to swell for 20-30 minutes in warm water, then strain through a fine strainer. Use the mushrooms the same as you would use fresh mushrooms. Before serving, warm well.
