Our cold smoked Kraftweizer sausage is an excellent example of a Genuss Region Austrian product. The basis of the sausage is made form selected beef and pork. In combination with selected spices and masterful craftsmanship the spicy taste has great flavor. The Kraftweizer is a typical lunch sausage.
