This pickling spice mixture is perfect for making delicately nutty and salmon or ham and is suitable for dry or vacuum packing. 55 g of the spice blend is enough for one kilogram of meat.

Application :

  • Rub the meat with the seasoning blend and then vacuum seal or store it in an appropriate container for 10 days in the refrigerator.
