Description
The high-quality buckwheat ensures a particularly nutty aroma. The other ingredients like corn, potatoes and millet round off the taste of the bread.
Preparation:
Pour the baking mix into a large bowl, knead quickly and vigorously with approx. 400ml lukewarm water, 2 tablespoons of oil and approx. 11g of dry yeast forming a smooth dough. Put the dough in a greased and floured (with rice flour) bread mould and let it rest for about 45 minutes at room temperature. Bake in a preheated oven after resting.
- Baking instructions: top/bottom heat: approx. 220 ° C (preheated) convection: approx. 200 ° C (preheated)
- Baking time: on middle rack approx. 45-60 min.
