This very flavourful, finely grated cheese mix is made from mild Emmental and spicy mountain cheese! It's ideal for making "Tiroler Kasspatzn" and other hearty cheese dishes. The cheese mixture melts quickly and has a convincing, flavourful taste with fine herbal notes. It also has a very recognisable scent!
- The product is lactose-free and made from hay milk (100%) in Tyrol.
