Sonnentor Organic Lemon, Ground

Wonderfully fruity lemon peel and pieces of lemon fruit with a refreshingly tangy flavour. Wonderful condiment for seafood, fish and meat, soups, vegetables and pasta, sauces and marinades as well as desserts, pastries and fruit.

The dried lemon peel has fruity, fresh and slightly sour fragrance. They have a sour lemony flavour. The slightly tart finish is reminiscent of grapefruit.
