Description
This splendid, sharp spice has a peppery flavour with a little sweetness and a hint of mint. Its mild fragrance has a delightful herbal note. The flavour is peppery and spicy.
Tips & Preparation:
- Mugwort goes well with fish, goose, chicken and duck. If you like Japanese food, you'll like mugwort. Known as "Yomogi" in Japan, it is eaten like a vegetable and flavours soba noodles and mochi (Japanese sweet cakes).
