Sonnentor Organic Blue Poppy Seeds

Used primarily for decoration on breads, cakes, pastries and desserts, these poppy seeds are slightly smaller than the gray poppy seeds and are not so oily. The flavour is more intense than the gray poppy seed, due to a thicker shell.

The blue poppy seed is true to its name with a rich dark blue colour. It tastes nutty and has a delicately bitter note.
