Description
Sonnentor's olive leaves are not fermented and thus retain all of the active substances found in the fresh leaves. The taste of the olive leaf tea is slightly reminiscent of olives.
The flavour is slightly grassy with a tart aftertaste. Olive leaf teas are best enjoyed in the afternoon or on the evening with Mediterranean dishes.
