Hungary is known for its paprika, and Fajsz is the core area of ​​the Hungarian paprika production. This pepper is of the best quality because it is grown there by several organic farmers. This not only provides a sustainable program for the farmers, but even impacts the environment in the neighboring countries.

Here, special attention is paid to the quality and the full flavor of the noble sweet peppers. This is mainly achieved by the fact that the organic peppers are sun ripened and then air dried gently. In this project, several farmers cooperate on a total of eighty acres to produce the finest organic paprika.
