Tips from the Chef
Wash, halve and soak the un-peeled potatoes in the water. This washes away the potato starch and the wedges will be properly "crunchy". Then sprinkle the potatoes with olive oil and season well with the spice mixture. Mix together and bake until golden brown at 170 ° C in a convection oven for 40 minutes. Tastes great with corn!
