This spice blend is perfect for all barbecue lovers! This sophisticated blend of beech smoke and spices includes sweet and spicy flavours and adds a black colour to your food thanks to the activated charcoal the mixture contains. The charcoal does not mean your food will burn but gives it a wonderfully crunchy black crust for an eye-catching contrast to your pink meat.
The BBQ spice is perfect for use as a rub on spare ribs and steaks and also tastes great with pork, veal, lamb and wild game.
